Booking an Event Stall 2025

We’ve got a great year planned for our Mumbles Event in 2025.

Here Comes The Summer 
Thursday 24th July – Event 5pm to 9pm
Road closure set up 4pm to 10pm brake down  TBC 
Parade and street party – Newton Road

MUMBLES RETRO Weekend
Friday 1st to Sunday 3rd August 2025
Oystermouth Castle Grounds
11am to 11pm

Mumbles Classic Cars Show 
Thursday 28th August  – Event 5pm to 9pm
Road closure 
Newton Road

Oystermouth Food and Drink Festival
Saturday 13th to Sunday 14th September – Food, Drink and all things Oystermouth Castle Grounds – Welsh festival

Christmas in Mumbles – Lights turning on and parade 
Thursday 27th November – Event 5pm to 8.30pm
Road closure 4pm to 10pm – Newton Road

Marketing

As an addition to our planned marketing  strategy we have access to 28,000+ people on Mumbles, Swansea and Gower Social Media. We will be running a promo for each participating business leading up to the 22nd November so you will get exposure in the region of 28,000+  followers, likes and friends across about 3 platforms. This is worth the stall rental fee alone. We will also be doing local media adverting to boost awareness of the event.

Entertainment 

There will be entertainment throughout each event.
